What We OfferChrist-centered approach
Bridge's facilitated curriculum is Christ-centered that blends various subjects, methods and teaching styles, creating a unified group approach as well as a tailored learning experience for students of all skill levels. Spiritual Growth
At Bridges Christian Academy, we prioritize spiritual growth by providing opportunities for service projects, outreach, chapels, and worship. We place significant emphasis on Bible teachings and foster spiritual development through individual class teachings as well as inviting local guest youth leaders to speak during chapel services. Supportive Community
We foster connection within the Bridges family of members as well as the greater homeschool community as a whole. Our desire is to build God-honoring relationships that foster growth and learning in or out of a school setting. Through community activities, field trips and social events we at Bridge welcome all. |
Our Subjects
During campus time, there is a focus on core subjects, including Math, Language Arts, Writing, History, and Science. We also have a long long list of electives such as career & technical, fine arts, health, into to Film, world languages, as well as parent-taught and student-led electives. Empowered Parents
We create an empowering environment for parents, enabling them to actively participate in and contribute to their children’s schooling journey effectively. We are a drop-off facility although no work week commitment required, we welcome our parent volunteers in many ways. We are mostly a volunteer run school, however, participation can match the uniqueness of your family and their needs. We have many volunteer activities on and off campus and times that can flex to your hours. Shift in learning
Our learning approach shifts away from traditional of teacher-driven methods to a whole child approach. We believe that each student can learn when approached to support their strengths and support their struggled areas. This fosters a love for learning of exceptional quality. |
Hybrid- School week
Our school operates on a three-day week schedule. Families determine how often their family would like in person learning and can choose to work one, two, or three-days on campus, Tuesday-Thursday. Wednesday afternoons, chapel-day, is included for all member types. This schedule provides enhanced flexibility and ample opportunities for community interaction, field trips, and extended weekends. |
